Once the cancellation period has ended you can’t cash it in or change the payment options you’ve selected. So making the right decision is essential.
We’ll explain the options that you have to tailor your annuity to your needs – for example, perhaps you’d like your income to increase with inflation? Or perhaps you’d like a spouse to receive an income after you die?
We’ll ask you for some information which we'll use to find you the best deal from all of the annuity deals that are available for your circumstances.
We’ll let you know which annuity deals top the list, and if you’d like to go ahead we’ll send you a pack including an application form for your chosen provider.
You send the completed application form back to us and we’ll then work with the provider to get your annuity set up. We take care of the admin, so you don’t have to.
We won’t make a personal recommendation, but we will give you all the help and information you need to select an annuity that’s right for you. If you’d like a personal recommendation we can provide that through our Financial Planning Advice Service. Just ask us and we can tell you more about it.
If you use our service to buy an annuity there are no fees that need to be paid by you, but we will receive a commission payment from the annuity provider you choose. This commission will be shown in the annuity quote that we’ll send you.
